  • Q- Are you sure I'm not signing up for something with reoccurring charges, hidden contract or fees?
  • Answer- 100% sure. I have no intention of misleading you. The price is plain and simple. Zero BS.
  •  Q- My goals might be different than somebody else, how do I know your plan will work for me?
  • Answer- The plans and programs in the Switch Project are specifically geared for results. Contrary to popular belief; whether you wan't to lose weight, tone up, build lean muscle, trim down, or just live a healthy lifestyle, the underlying principles that get you there are one in the same. Staying consistent on the program no matter what your starting point will get you on the path to losing weight.
  • Q- What if I don't like one of the recipes or workouts?
  • Answer- Everything in the Program is easy to switch out and substitute. We often give modifications for the exercises we prescribe. Once you find what you like you can substitute when needed.
  •  Q- Do I have to keep up with counting calories or macronutrients?
  • Answer- No counting necessary! We actually are NOT putting you on a Diet.
  •  Q- I'm afraid of following a plan and ending up hungry, will this do that to me?
  • Answer- The great thing about this plan is you are NOT on a diet. You get to eat what you want. We are just going to help you gain the life long skills of how to know if your meal is healthy or not. 
  • Q- I'm gluten free, vegan etc will this work for me?
  • Answer- Although we will provide you with recipe options, you get to eat to your particular diet/ nutritional needs. We do have a variety of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options available.

  • Q- If I take a break from the program and miss a week for some reason, will I be able to get right back on without being behind?
  • Answer- Yes, no problem at all. No one is perfect, not even me. If you fall off or take a break, it's easy to jump right back on track! The best part is some of our moms take the program while they are on vacation and ACTUALLY lose weight on vacation.
  • Q- I'm already following a different meal plan/workout plan, can I just supplement or use the part of your program I need?
  • Answer- Absolutely. Whatever parts you need you can easily add in to your existing plan.
